Terms and conditions: Program valid for stays from September 01st to October 15th, 2023. Rates per person, per program. Rates in American dollars (USD) do not include VAT and are free of taxes by Decree-Law 825 Art 12, for foreigners only, non-residents in Chile, paying in dollars and presenting passport and immigration slip upon check-in. Check-in: 3:00 pm. Check out: 12:00 pm. Early Check-in and Late Check-out are available subject to availability with an additional charge. The Singular Patagonia is a non-smoking hotel in all of its facilities and vehicles by Decree-Law 20.660. A USD $500 fine will be applied in case of non-compliance. Program conditions: The dinner menu is fixed and includes one nonalcoholic beverage. Transfers round trip to Torres del Paine Park or Puerto Natales are in shared service and at established schedules, prioritizing a group of two or more members. The 30-minute massage per person, per stay, requires a reservation in advance by contacting our SPA by e-mail at spapatagonia@thesingular.com. Upon availability at the time of reservation. The SPA facilities, including heated pool, sauna and steam bath, may be used during regular hours. Reservation policies: Proof of competition inscription is required to access the program (Patagonia International Marathon September 09, Ultra Paine September 30, Desafío Última Esperanza 07 and 08 October 2023). All reservations are prepaid and 100% payment is required 60 days prior to check-in. Cancellation and/or Modification Policies: Cancellation and/or modifications made up to 60 days prior to the arrival will have the option to reschedule or cancel their stay without penalty. · Cancellation and/or modifications made between 59 and 45 days prior to the arrival will have a penalty of 30% of the total stay · Cancellation and/or modifications made between 44 and 30 days prior to the arrival will have a penalty of 50% of the total stay. · Cancellation and/or modifications made between 29 and 10 days prior to the arrival will have a penalty of 75% of the total stay. · Cancellation and/or modifications made between 9 and 0 days prior to the arrival will have a penalty of 100% of the total stay. Modifications and/or cancellations will be subject to availability at the time of booking. Modification changes to a season with higher/lower rates will incur in a rate adjustment.
