Terms and conditions

Terms and Conditions: Program valid for stays from May 01st to May 30th and July 03rd to August 31st, 2023. Rates do not include VAT and are free of taxes by Decree Law 825 Art 12, for foreigners only, non residents in Chile, paying in American Dollars (USD) and presenting passport and immigration slip upon check-in. Check-in: 3:00 pm. Check out: 12:00pm. Early Check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and have an additional charge. The Singular Patagonia is a non-smoking hotel in all of its facilities and vehicles by Decree-Law 20.660. A USD $500 fine will be applied in case of non compliance.

Program conditions: Access to the sauna with prior reservation by contacting spapatagonia@thesingular.com. Use of facilities within regular operating hours.

Booking conditions: All reservations are prepaid and 100% of the payment will be required up to 30 days prior to arrival at the hotel.

Cancellation and/or Modification Policies: Cancellation and/or modifications made up to 30 days prior to the arrival without penalty. · Cancellation and/or modifications made between 29 and 0 days prior to the arrival will have a penalty of 100% of the total stay. · Modifications and/or cancellations will be subject to availability at the time of booking. · Modification changes to a season with higher rates will incur in a rate adjustment. · Only one modification of date per reservation will be allowed, and reservation must be made under the same name as the original booking.
