Terms and conditions
General Conditions: Rates are per program based on single or double occupancy. Rates in American dollars (USD) do not include VAT and are free of taxes by Decree-Law 825 Art. 12, for foreigners only, non-residents in Chile, paying in dollars and presenting passport and immigration slip upon check-in.
Check-in: 3:00 pm. Check out: 12:00 pm. Early Check-in and Late Check-out are available subject to availability with an additional charge. The Singular Patagonia is a non-smoking hotel in all of its facilities and vehicles by Decree-Law 20.660. A USD $500 fine will be applied in case of noncompliance.
Program Conditions: Transfers are in shared service and subject to prior reservation. The dinner included is per person, per stay and it must be consumed at The Singular Restaurant, during its regular schedule. Both Restaurant and Bar discounts are per person, per program and can be used at The Singular Restaurant and at Bar during its opening hours. Attention is in order of arrival and availability. The Singular Spa facilities include a heated indoor pool, sauna, and steam room and can be used within its operating hours. SPA discount applies to massages and body/facial treatments. Reservation is required and is upon availability. Both Restaurant and Bar discounts are per person, per program and can be used at The Singular Restaurant and at Bar during its opening hours. Attention is in order of arrival and availability.
Booking Conditions: 100% of the payment will be required up to 30 days prior to arrival at the hotel. Promotion is not combinable with any other benefits or promotions.
Cancellation and/or Modification Policies: Cancellation and/or modifications made up to 30 days prior to the arrival: without penalty. Cancellation and/or modifications made between 29 and 0 days prior to the arrival will have a penalty of 100% of the total stay without the option to reschedule the stay.
