Terms and conditions
General Conditions: Program is valid for new reservations for stays during September 25th, 2025 to April 30th, 2026. Rates per person, per program expressed in American Dollars (USD) do not include VAT and are free of taxes by Decree-Law 825 Art. 12, for foreigners only, non-residents in Chile, paying in dollars and presenting passport and immigration card upon check-in. Rates in Chilean Pesos (CLP) are subject to variation according to the value of the dollar on the day of the booking. VAT is not included. Check-in: 3:00 pm. Check-out: 12:00 pm. Early Check-in and Late Check out are upon availability and with additional charge. The Singular Patagonia is a non-smoking hotel in all its facilities and vehicles by Decree-Law 20.660. A USD $500 fine will be applied in case of non-compliance. Program Conditions: Program subject to availability. Meals included must be consumed at The Singular Restaurant and Bar during their regular hours of operation. Restaurant Asador requires prior reservation by contacting anfitrionapat@thesingular.com. Daily excursions must be selected from The Singular Expeditions Menu available upon arrival at the hotel. Kayaking at Grey River, Fly Fishing, and Puma & Wildlife Photosafari excursions are not included in this program. The Fjord and Glacier Navigation excursion is included in shared service. The excursions depend on the projection of weather conditions, so they must be reserved and confirmed during the stay. The included massages are 1 per person, per program and require prior reservation by contacting spapatagonia@thesingular.com. Subject to availability at the time of reservation. Use of the facilities at The Singular SPA include
heated pool, sauna and steam bath and may be used during regular operating hours. Massages and treatments are available at an additional cost, require prior reservation and are subject to availability. Transfers are included in private service and will be coordinated according to the check-in and check-out times of the guests. Reservations must be made in advance by contacting traficopatagonia@ thesingular.com Reservation policies: All reservations are prepaid and 100% of the payment will be required up to 60 days prior to arrival at the hotel. Cancellation and/or Modification Policies: Cancellation and/or modifications made up to 60 days prior to the arrival will have the option to reschedule or cancel their stay without penalty.
