Following are the latest Booking, Cancellation, and Modification Policies adjustments for the 2021-2021 Seasons
The Singular Patagonia
New Cancellation and/or modification policies for stays until December 31st, 2021.
I. Cancellation and/or Modification policies for stays between October 1st and December 20th, 2021
Stay date: until December 20th, 2020.
No prior deposit requested to confirm the reservation.
100% of the payment: will be required up to 30 days prior to arrival at the hotel.
Penalties
Cancellations and/or modifications made between 29 and 8 days prior to the arrival will have a penalty of 75% of the total stay or the option to reschedule their stay up to 8 days prior to the arrival at the hotel and a stay date until December 20th, 2022.
Cancellations and/or modifications made between 7 and 0 days prior to the arrival will have a penalty of 100% of the total stay.
II. Cancellation and/or Modification policies for stays between December 21st, 2021, and December 20th, 2022
Stay Date: between December 21st, 2021 and December 20th, 2022.
No prior deposit requested to confirm the reservation.
100% of the payment: will be required up to 60 days prior to arrival at the hotel.
Penalties
Cancellations and/or modifications made between 59 and 45 days prior to the arrival will have a penalty of 30% of the total stay or the option to reschedule their stay up to 8 days prior to the arrival at the hotel and a stay date until December 20th, 2022.
Cancellations and/or modifications made between 44 and 30 days prior to the arrival will have a penalty of 50% of the total stay or the option to reschedule their stay up to 8 days prior to the arrival at the hotel and a stay date until December 20th, 2022.
Cancellations and/or modifications made between 29 and 8 days prior to the arrival will have a penalty of 75% of the total stay or the option to reschedule their stay up to 8 days prior to the arrival at the hotel and a stay date until December 20th, 2022.
Cancellations and/or modifications made between 7 and 0 days prior to the arrival will have a penalty of 100% of the total stay.
Modifications and/or cancellations will be subject to availability at the time of booking. Modification changes to a season with higher/lower rates will incur a rate adjustment.
Only one date modification or cancellation per reservation will be allowed, and reservation must be made under the same name as the original booking.

The Singular Santiago
BOOKING POLICIES
All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card. All reservations are prepaid and 100% of the payment will be required at least 10 days prior to arrival to the hotel.
CANCELLATION AND/OR MODIFICATION POLICIES
These policies apply for the following period of stays during Mid and High 2021-2022 Seasons:
- April 1st, 2021 to December 20th, 2021.
- January 5th, 2022 to March 31st, 2022.
Cancellations and/or modifications are free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the day of arrival.
Cancellations and/or modifications with less than 24 hours prior to the date of arrival will incur in a charge of one night of the stay.
For current and new reservations for stays during Peak Season (December 21st, 2021 to January 4th, 2022)
Cancellations and/or modifications are free of charge up to 48 hours prior to the day of arrival.
Cancellations and/or modifications with less than 48 hours prior to the date of arrival will incur in a charge of one night
of the stay. In case of No Show, one full night will be charged.
No shows will have a surcharge of 19% (VAT) added to the amount of the penalty.
Non-refundable Policy: Cancellations or/and modifications, will incur in a charge of 100% of the total value of the stay.
