The Singular Patagonia

GENERAL CONDITIONS
· Rates do not include VAT and are tax free according to Law 825 art. 12, only for foreigners, non-residents in Chile, paying in dollars and presenting passport and immigration card at check in.
· The Singular Patagonia is a non-smoking hotel inside all its facilities and vehicles, according to Law 20.660. In case of non-compliance a fine of USD $500 applies per episode.
· Check-in 3:00 pm / Check-out 12:00 pm Early Check-in and Late Check-out are subject to availability and have an additional charge.
· Reservations of 7 or more rooms will be considered as a group. For groups please contact: patagoniagrupos@thesingular.com
· The Singular Room to choose at time of reservation, subject to availability, between Singular King and Singular Twin (2 beds).
· Use of The Singular SPA facilities, including heated pool, sauna and steam bath, may be used during regular operating hours. Massages and treatments have an additional cost, require prior reservation for both guests and external visitors and are subject to availability. They must be reserved and coordinated during the stay with the SPA team by e-mail to: spapatagonia@thesingular.com
· Excursions are subject to weather conditions and will be reserved and confirmed during the stay, once at the hotel. For private service excursions, please check availability.
· Transfers must be reserved and confirmed by e-mail to traficopatagonia@thesingular.com
· Partial or total non-compliance with the payments on the dates defined by the season implies an automatic cancellation of the reservation.
· No Show, involves the charge of the total amount of the stay.
· All cancellation / modification requests must be sent in writing to: patagoniareservas@thesingular.com

 

RESERVATIONS POLICY
· All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card.
· All reservations are prepaid and a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay is required up to 7 days after the reservation is confirmed
· In case of non-compliance, the reservation will be cancelled.
· Balance of the total stay is required up to 30 days prior to arrival day.

 

CANCELLATION AND/OR MODIFICATION POLICIES
· Cancellations and/or modifications made up to 30 days prior to arrival date: no penalty.
· Cancellations and/or modifications made between 29 and 15 days prior to arrival date: penalty of 50% of the total stay.
· Cancellations and/or modifications made between 14 and 0 days prior to arrival date: penalty of 100% of the total stay. 

 

PEAK SEASON 2025/2026 RESERVATIONS POLICY
· All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card.
· All reservations are prepaid and a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay is required up to 7 days after the reservation is confirmed. In case of non-compliance, the reservation will be cancelled.
· Balance of the total stay is required up to 60 days prior to the day of arrival at the hotel.

 

PEAK SEASON 2025/2026 CANCELLATION AND/OR MODIFICATION POLICIES
· Cancellations and/or modifications made up to 60 days prior to arrival date: no penalty.
· Cancellations and/or modifications made between 59 and 30 days prior to arrival date: penalty of 50% of the total stay.
· Cancellations and/or modifications made between 29 and 0 days prior to arrival date: penalty of 100% of the total stay. 

 

For returns and refunds, a payment method transaction fee of 3% of the amount refunded will apply for credit card payments and USD 25 for wire transfer payments. 
The Singular Patagonia is not responsible for and will not provide refunds for portions of travel services lost due to cancelled or delayed flights or third party transportation services and other circumstances beyond the control or responsibility of The Singular Patagonia that may be considered “Force Majeure” events. This includes, but is not limited to, cancellations and/or delays as a result of weather conditions, road conditions, fires, explosions, earthquakes, drought, tsunamis, floods and general strikes.

 

The Singular Santiago

GENERAL CONDITIONS
·Rates do not include VAT and are tax free according to decree Law 825 art. 12, only for non-residents of Chile, paying in dollars and presenting their passport and immigration card at check in.
·The Singular Santiago is a non-smoking hotel inside all its facilities, in accordance with Law 20.660. In case of non-compliance a fine of USD $500 will apply.
·The Singular Santiago does not have parking in its facilities.
·Check-in 3:00 pm / check-out 12:00 pm. Early Check-in and Late Check-out are subject to availability and have an additional charge.
·Reservations of 7 rooms or more will be considered as a group. For groups please contact: santiagogrupos@thesingular.com Use of The Singular Wellness Spa facilities, dry sauna, steam bath, relaxation room with water station can be used upon reservation, within the operating hours. Massages and treatments are available at an additional cost and require reservation. Guests and external visitors and are subject to availability. Reservations must be made and coordinated by e-mail by email to: spasantiago@thesingular.com or by phone at +56 2 23068821.

 

RESERVATIONS POLICY
·All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card.
·All reservations are pre-paid and 100% payment is required up to 10 days prior to arrival at the hotel. 
·All reservations must be requested by email at santiagoreservas@thesingular.com or by phone at +56 2 2306 8810. No Show (no show), involves the charge of the first night’s charge, plus taxes. All cancellation/modification requests must be sent in writing to santiagoreservas@thesingular.com. For refunds and reimbursements, a transaction fee of 3% of the amount refunded will be applied for credit card payments and USD 25 for bank transfer payments. The Singular Santiago is not responsible for and will not provide refunds for portions of travel services lost due to cancelled or delayed flights or third party transportation services and other circumstances beyond the control or responsibility of The Singular Santiago that may be considered “Force Majeure” events. CANCELLATION AND/OR MODIFICATION POLICIES MID AND HIGH SEASON 2025-20256
·Modifications and/or cancellations free of charge up to 24 hours before the day of arrival.
·Modifications and/or cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the day of arrival will incur a penalty equivalent to the charge of one (1) night plus taxes.

 

CANCELLATION AND/OR MODIFICATION POLICIES PEAK SEASON 2025-20256
·Modifications and/or cancellations free of charge up to 48 hours prior to the day of arrival.
·Modifications and/or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the day of arrival will incur a penalty equivalent to one (1) night’s charge plus taxes.
