PROGRAM CONDITIONS Shared transfers to/from Puerto Natales (PNT) or Punta Arenas (PUQ) are available by reservation, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. One complimentary night at The Singular Santiago in a Lastarria room category with breakfast is included, for use during the same trip under
the same booking. Subject to availability at the time of reservation. Not valid during Peak Season. Included meals must be consumed at The Singular Restaurant or Bar during regular hours. Daily excursions must be selected from The Singular Excursion Menu, available upon arrival. The hydrotherapy session for two and the 30-minute massage per person must be reserved in advance by contacting spapatagonia@thesingular.com. Subject to availability. GENERAL CONDITIONS Rates are tax-exempt under Decree Law 825, Art. 12, for non-resident foreigners paying in U.S. Dollars (USD) and presenting a valid passport and immigration card at check-in. VAT is not included. Check-in: 3:00 p.m. / Check-out: 12:00 p.m. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges. The hotel is entirely non-smoking in all indoor spaces and vehicles, in accordance with Law 20.660. A USD $500 penalty applies
per incident. Access to SPA facilities (heated pool, sauna, steam room) is included during operating hours. Massages and treatments have an extra cost, require advance reservation, and are subject to availability (for both guests and external visitors). Excursions are subject to weather conditions and are scheduled upon arrival at the hotel. For private excursions or transfers, please inquire about availability. Failure to comply with payment deadlines results in automatic cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full stay. BOOKING POLICY All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. A 30% prepayment is required
within 7 days of booking confirmation. If not received, the booking will be cancelled. Full payment must be made at least 30 days before arrival. POLÍTICA DE MODIFICACIONES Y/O CANCELACIONES Cancellations or modifications made 30 days or more before arrival: no penalty. Between 29
and 15 days before arrival: 50% penalty. Between 14 and 0 days before arrival: 100% penalty. Refunds are subject to a transaction fee: 3% for credit card payments, or USD $25 for bank transfers. The Singular Patagonia is not responsible for missed services due to third-party delays or cancellations, or any other force majeure event such as weather, road conditions, natural disasters, or strikes.
