Terms and conditions

General Conditions: Rates per program, per night, based on double occupancy. Stays are coordinated with the hotel and are subject to availability at the Municipal Theater. Rates in US dollars (USD) do not include VAT and are tax free according to Decree Law 825 Art 12, only for foreigners, not residents in Chile, paying in US dollars and presenting passport and immigration receipt at check-in. Check in: 15:00 hrs. Check out: 12:00 pm. Early Check-in and Late Check-out available upon availability with additional charge. The Singular Santiago is a non-smoking hotel in all its facilities by Decree Law 20.660. In case of non-compliance a fine of USD $500 will be applied. The Singular Santiago does not have parking. Program Conditions: The Municipal Theater ticket is valid for two people, in second floor side box location and without change of location. The SPA requires prior reservation. Reservation Conditions: All reservations require a credit card guarantee. All reservations are prepaid and 100% payment will be required at least 10 days prior to arrival at the hotel. Cancellation and/or Modification Policies: Cancellations and/or modifications made up to 48 hours prior to the arrival date at the hotel will not be subject to penalty. Cancellations and/or modifications made within 48 hours of arrival at the hotel will have a penalty of 100% of the total amount of the stay. No Show (no show)
