GENERAL CONDITIONS Program valid for stays until October 15, 2026. Ratesper program in American Dollars (USD). Rates do not include VAT and are free oftaxes by Decree Law 825 Art 12, for foreigners only, non-residents in Chile, paying in American Dollars (USD), and presenting passport and immigration slip upon check-in. Subject to availability, limited spaces with a maximum of 100 nights. Check-in: 3:00pm. Check-out: 12:00 pm. Early Check-in and late Check-out are subject to availability and have an additional charge. The Singular Santiago is a non-smoking hotel inside all its facilities, in accordance with Law 20,660. In case of non-compliance, a fine of USD$500 applies. The Singular Santiago does not have its own parking on its facilities. PROGRAM CONDITIONS Program valid for rooms in the Lastarria, Classic, Singular King or Singular King Balcony category. Breakfast for two people served in the room. 1 Welcome Drink per person per program, valid to consume at the Rooftop Bar within its operating hours. Subject to fixed cocktail menu. Massages included are 1 per person per program. Use of facilities at The Singular Wellness Spa include dry sauna, steam room and relaxation with water station, require prior reservation, within operating hours. Massages and treatments have an additional cost, require prior reservation for both guests andexternal visitors and are subject to availability. They must be reserved and coordinatedby email to spasantiago@thesingular.com. BOOKING CONDITIONS All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card. All reservations are prepaid and 100% payment is required up to 10 days before arrival at the hotel. MODIFICATION AND/OR CANCELLATION POLICIES Cancellations and/or modifications made up to 48 hours before the date of arrival atthe hotel without penalty. Cancellations and/or modifications made within 48 hoursof arrival at the hotel will have a penalty of 100% of the total stay. No Show involvesa penalty equivalent to the cost of 1 night plus taxes.
