GENERAL CONDITIONS Rates per program, based on double occupancy for stays from October 16th, 2026 to March 31st, 2026. Rates in Chilean pesos (CLP ) include VAT. Subject to availability, limited spaces with a maximum of 100 nights. Check-in: 3:00 pm. Check-out: 12:00 pm. Early Check-in and late Check-out are subject to availability and havean additional charge. The Singular Santiago is a non-smoking hotel inside all its facilities, in accordance with Law 20,660. In case of non-compliance, a fine of USD$500 applies. The Singular Santiago does not have its own parking on its facilities PROGRAM CONDITIONS Program available for stays from Wednesday to Saturday. Includes one brunch per person and must be consumed at The Rooftop Bar exclusively Thursday through Sunday from 11:30 am to 3:00 pm. Program does not include breakfast. Use offacilities at The Singular Wellness Spa include dry sauna, steam room, relaxation with water station and require prior reservation, with in operating hours. Massages and treatments have an additional cost, require prior reservation for both guests and external visitors and are subject to availability. They must be reserved and coordinated by email to spasantiago@thesingular.com BOOKING CONDITIONS All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card. All reservations are prepaid and100% payment is required up to 10 days before arrival at the hotel. MODIFICATION AND/OR CANCELLATION POLICIES Cancellations and/or modifications made up to 48 hours before the date of arrival at the hotel without penalty. Cancellations and/or modifications made within 48 hours of arrival at the hotel will have a penalty of 100% of the total stay. No Show involves a penalty equivalent to the cost of 1 night plus taxes.
