GENERAL CONDITIONS Program valid for stays between November 1st, 2023 and October 31st, 2024. Program not available between December 21st, 2023 and January 04th, 2024. Subject to availability, limited quotas with a maximum of 100 nights. Rates expressed in U.S. Dollars (USD), do not include VAT and are tax free according to decree Law 825 art. 12, only for foreigners, not residents in Chile, paying in dollars and presenting passport and immigration card at check in. Check in: 3:00 pm. Check out: 12:00 pm. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and have an additional charge. The Singular Patagonia is a non-smoking hotel in all its facilities and vehicles, in accordance with Law 20.660. In case of non-compliance a fine of USD $500 applies. PROGRAM CONDITIONS Program subject to availability. Special rates for children in rollaway and additional room with limited quotas. Meals included must be consumed at The Singular Restaurant and Bar during their regular hours of operation. Daily excursions should be selected from The Singular Expeditions Menu available upon arrival at the hotel. Excursions are dependent on projected weather conditions and must be reserved and confirmed during your stay. Use of the facilities at The Singular SPA include heated pool, sauna and steam bath and may be used during regular operating hours. Massages and treatments are at an additional cost, require prior reservation and are subject to availability. Transfers are included in shared service and will be coordinated according to the check-in and check-out times of the guests.Reservations are required by contacting traficopatagonia@thesingular.com. Program includes transfers to Puerto Natales with no minimum number of nights. Transfers to Punta Arenas included with reservations from 3 nights. BOOKING CONDITIONS All reservations are prepaid and 100% payment is required 60 days prior to check-in. 

MODIFICATION AND/OR CANCELLATION POLICIES Cancellations and/or modifications made up to 60 days prior to hotel arrival date:no penalty. Cancellations and/or modifications made between 59 and 45 days prior to arrival date: penalty of 30% of the total stay. Cancellations and/or modifications made between 44 and 30 days prior to arrival date: penalty of 50% of the total stay. Cancellations and/or modifications made between 29 and 10 days prior to arrival date:penalty of 75% of the total stay. Cancellations and/or modifications made between 9 and 0 days prior to arrival date: penalty of 100% of the total stay. Any modification will be subject to availability and any change that implies a change of season will incur the corresponding charges for rate adjustments. Only one modification per reservation is allowed, in the name of the original passenger.
