Terms & Conditions Program valid from July 2nd, 2024 to April 30th, 2025. Subject to availability. Values per person, per 3-night program, expressed in American Dollars (USD), do not include VAT and are tax-free by decree Law 825 art. 12, only for foreigners, non-residents of Chile, paying in dollars and presenting passport and immigration card at check-in. Check-in: 3:00 pm. Check out: 12:00 pm. Early Check-in and late Check-out are subject to availability and have an additional charge. The Singular Patagonia is a non-smoking hotel inside all its facilities and vehicles, in accordance with Law 20,660. In case of non-compliance, a fine of USD $500 applies. Program Conditions The program includes daily breakfast, lunch and dinner a la carte in our Restaurant, Bar or El Asador (prior reservation required), alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks included, except premium wines and spirits. Daily excursions (two Half days or one Full day) with bilingual guides (Spanish and English) to be selected from The Singular Experience Menu, available upon arrival. Excursions are subject to weather conditions and will be reserved and confirmed during your stay, once at the hotel. Round trip transfers to the Punta Arenas Airport (PUQ) or Puerto Natales (airport or bus station) are in shared service, between 8:00 am and 8:30 pm, and require prior reservation with our Traffic department by email at traficopatagonia@thesingular.com The complimentary night at The Singular Santiago in the Lastarria room category, with breakfast included, is to be used in the same travel period and under the same reservation (Dates not available: December 21st, 2024 to January 04th, 2025). The hydrotherapy session for two and the 30-minute massage per person, per stay, requires prior reservation by contacting our SPA by email at spapatagonia@thesingular.com. Subject to availability at time of booking. The SPA facilities include a heated pool, sauna and steam bath and can be used within regular operating hours. Reservation Policies All reservations are prepaid and 100% payment is required 60 days prior to the day of arrival to the hotel. Modification and/or Cancellation Policies Cancellations and/or modifications made up to 60 days before the date of arrival at the hotel: without penalty. Cancellations and/or modifications made between 59 and 45 days before the arrival date: penalty of 30% of the total stay. Cancellations and/or modifications made between 44 and 30 days before the arrival date: penalty of 50% of the total stay. Cancellations and/or modifications made between 29 and 10 days before the arrival date: penalty of 75% of the total stay. Cancellations and/or modifications made between 9 and 0 days before the arrival date: penalty of 100% of the total stay. Any modification will be subject to availability and any change that implies a change in season will incur the charges corresponding to the rate adjustments.
