Terms and Conditions: Program valid from July 03rd, 2023 to April 30th, 2024. Rates per person, per program. Rates in American dollars (USD) do not include VAT and are free of taxes by Decree-Law 825 Art 12, for foreigners only, non-residents in Chile, paying in dollars and presenting passport and immigration slip upon check-in. Check-in: 3:00 pm. Check out: 12:00 pm. Early Check-in and Late Check-out are available subject to availability with an additional charge. The Singular Patagonia is a non-smoking hotel in all of its facilities and vehicles by Decree-Law 20.660. A USD $500 fine will be applied in case of non-compliance. Program Conditions: The Complete Experience program includes daily breakfast, lunch and dinner a la carte in our Restaurant, at the Bar or at El Asador (prior reservation required), alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages included, (except premium liquors and wines). Daily excursions (two Half Day or one Full day) with bilingual guides (Spanish and English) to be selected from The Singular menu of experiences, available upon arrival. Excursions are upon weather conditions and will be reserved and confirmed during the stay, after arrival at the hotel. Transfers to and from Punta Arenas airport (PUQ) or Puerto Natales (airport or bus station) are shared service, between 8:00 am and 8:30 pm, and require prior reservation. The complimentary night at The Singular Santiago in Lastarria room category, with breakfast included, is to be used in the same travel period and same reservation. The hydrotherapy session for two and the 30-minute massage per person, per stay, requires prior per stay, requires prior reservation by contacting our SPA by e-mail at spapatagonia@thesingular.com. Upon availability at the time of reservation. SPA facilities include heated pool, sauna and steam bath, sauna and steam bath and may be used during regular operating hours. Cancellation and/or Modification Policies: Cancellation and/or modifications made up to 60 days prior to the arrival will have the option to reschedule or cancel their stay without penalty. · Cancellation and/or modifications made between 59 and 45 days prior to the arrival will have a penalty of 30% of the total stay. · Cancellation and/or modifications made between 44 and 30 days prior to the arrival will have a penalty of 50% of the total stay. · Cancellation and/or modifications made between 29 and 10 days prior to the arrival will have a penalty of 75% of the total stay. · Cancellation and/or modifications made between 9 and 0 days prior to the arrival will have a penalty of 100% of the total stay. Modifications and/or cancellations will be subject to availability at the time of booking. Modification changes to a season with higher/lower rates will incur in a rate adjustment. BOOKING POLICIES FOR PEAK SEASON 2023/2024: Applies for the period of stay from December 21, 2023 to January 4, 2024. Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation, up to 180 days prior to arrival at the hotel. 100% of the payment must be completed 90 days prior to arrival. CANCELLATION AND/OR MODIFICATION POLICIES FOR PEAK SEASON : Cancellation and/or modifications made between 89 and 75 days prior to the arrival will have a penalty of 50% of the total stay. · Cancellation and/or modifications made between 74 and 45 days prior to the arrival will have a penalty of 75% of the total stay. · Cancellation and/or modifications made between 44 and 0 days prior to the arrival will have a penalty of 100% of the total stay. Reservations made less than 90 days prior to the arrival can be modified/ canceled free of charge if done up to 48 hours since the reservation was confirmed. Only one modification of date or cancellation per reservation will be allowed, and reservation must be made under the same name as the original booking.
