A professional Chef of The Singular will provide an entertaining cooking class where we will learn step by step, how to make off king crab and lamb “empanadas”, a typical dish of the Magellanic gastronomy. We will prepare, stretch, and cut the dough. Based with locally sourced ingredients we will prepare the filling of the empanadas. We will have some time to share a few good moments together while the “empanadas” are baking. The experience would not be complete without tasting the exquisite empanadas, which will be accompanied with “pebre”, a famous Chilean condiment with a base of coriander, onion, and spicy peppers.... and with our Chilean awarded wines.
