A COCKTAIL MENU SHAPED BY PLACE
The cocktail menu draws on the history, geography and ingredients of Chile’s far south. The Singular Sour features pisco infused with cacho de cabra chili and herbs; Engine House combines Black Heron pisco with smoky notes; and El Calafate offers an interpretation of one of Patagonia’s most recognizable berries.
Puerto Bories and Dorotea extend this narrative through non-alcoholic alternatives, while a selection of regional piscos, gins and beers completes the offering.
