Led by Executive Chef Hernán Basso, The Singular Restaurant combines regional ingredients, contemporary Patagonian cuisine, and expansive views of Última Esperanza Fjord.
Lunch: 12:30 PM – 3:00 PM
Dinner: Two seatings at 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Restaurant closes at 10:30 PM.

THE FIRE OF PUERTO BORIES
Set in the former blacksmith’s forge of Puerto Bories, El Asador brings together open-fire cooking and Patagonian tradition in a setting that preserves its industrial heritage.
